HE is the principal partner, a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria  with over several years of experience legal practice both in litigation and corporate law practice. He  is a thorough professional; passionate about achieving set goals and objectives efficiently. He has appeared in all the superior courts in Nigeria and has litigated extensively and has garnered the requisite experience on a range of legal issues including oil and gas, contracts, debt recovery, tenancy, insolvency, intellectual property, land & property, employment law, criminal, electoral, constitutional and commercial disputes, amongst others. He also has varied and extensive arbitration experience having appeared as counsel in Arbitration proceedings in several Arbitration proceedings in Nigeria.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He has been in active practice for over 10 years. After a brief practice in the law firm of Alade Agbabiaka SAN & Co., he established OKECHUKWU OBINKA & Co., a firm of legal practitioners and Notary Publics. He is a graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka ( LL.B Hons, 2007), Nigerian Law School (B.L 2008) and an active member of Nigeria Bar Association and a member of NBA Abuja Branch (Unity Bar).
